The mask characters of this Italian Renaissance theatrical tradition have strong exaggerated features to show all the grand human emotions.  Commedia is an art of childhood that offers fabulous opportunities for play.   It is superb for developing comic and dramatic timing, physical acting and generation of original material. Commedia masks are wonderfully expresses for traditional and modern opera and theater productions

Our mask designs are inspired by the Italian artist Sartori among others.

Latex rubber masks; flexible, light and tough; are ideal for the fast-paced fun that the Commedia dell' Arte inspires.

IMPORTANT:  A very few people are extremely allergic to latex, a natural product sustainably harvested from rubber trees.  Please remember to clearly inform others that these are latex masks.
